Qualifications

• On-the-job training and mentorship to develop meat cutting skills.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling of raw meat.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meat products.
• Set up displays and maintain clean, organized displays in the department.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions.
