Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Meat Cutter to assist in daily trimming and cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind in our meat department. You will help ensure products meet quality and weight standards while following store procedures.\n\nResponsibilities include adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, understanding production schedules, and supporting accurate product presentation and packaging.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
