Overview

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What you’ll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with team members, and be flexible to cover other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of on-floor and backroom operations, sanitation, inventory management, and product handling (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming); maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology for decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Maintain a clean work area, ensure quality and date control for meat products, secure fragile merchandise, reduce waste, assist members with purchases, and ensure correct packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and energy; advocate for the department and the club.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Completes work by managing priorities, using policies and data; collaborating with managers and coworkers; communicating progress and information; identifying opportunities for improvement; adapting to change.
