Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with teammates and adapt to business needs.
• Demonstrate expertise in product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products to established standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, complying with quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste.
• Advocate for the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products, executing basic tasks at the highest level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy and implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities, and adapt to change and feedback.

Additional Compensation
