In this role you will cut, wrap, trim, and package meat items while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards. What you’ll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates, communicate with teammates, and adapt to business needs.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance while preparing meat products to established standards.
- Be a Techie: Leverage handheld technology to make immediate business decisions and encourage teammates to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence, maintain product quality and date control, secure fragile merchandise, reduce waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Champion the department and club by delivering high‑quality service, modeling excellence, and exhibiting energy and passion for the work.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity while implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

Compensation Details
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed period of time.
