Meat Cutter and Wrapper

Location: 7245 E 96th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250-3308, United States

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Your attention to detail and steady hand will shape the quality, packaging, and display of meat items for our members. You’ll work on the front lines of customer service, making a positive difference in their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with associates to build a strong meat team and support other areas as needed.
• Prepare and package meat products, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming, according to safety and quality standards.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and maintain operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member‑ready area and ensure compliance with quality and date control standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
