What you'll do

• Collaborate with team members to build a strong meat team; communicate effectively; and be flexible to the needs of the business, including working in other areas as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; cut boneless meat; maintain product quality.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and engagement; use handheld technology for immediate decision-making; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, quality standards, proper packaging, labeling, and storage; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador by providing high-quality service, embodying energy and passion, and advocating for the department and club.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; implement action plans; communicate effectively; identify improvement opportunities; learn from feedback.
