What you'll do

• Collaborate with team members to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to business needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare meat products according to standards; maintain product quality.
• Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; adapt to new technology and encourage others.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintain work areas, secure high-shrink merchandise, assist members, and ensure proper packaging and storage.
• Advocate for high-quality service and products, embody energy and commitment, and execute tasks at the highest level.
• Follow company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, and collaborate effectively with managers and colleagues.
