Overview

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the handling of meat products per standards; cutting, wrapping, trimming meat products and maintaining quality.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; operates handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and date control; secures merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures packaging, labeling, and storage follow policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club, delivering high-quality service and products with energy and commitment.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; applies the Open Door Policy in business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under certain conditions.
