Position Overview

Interested in mastering the art of meat cutting? If you are precise, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a cold environment, then our Meat Cutter position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Cutting fresh steaks by hand
• Reading prep sheets
• Following Texas Roadhouse specifications
• Tracking product yield
• Setting up a meat display case
• Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
• Exhibiting teamwork
