Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. The role involves cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products for sale, handling custom orders, packaging, and labeling to ensure top-quality presentation for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to specifications
• Fulfill special/custom orders
• Package and display meat products
• Label products with cut, grade, preparation date, best-by date, and other required details

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive use of arms and hands
• Strong eye-hand coordination
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift 20–80 lbs as needed
• Significant hand strength required

Tools & Equipment Used:

• Knives
• Meat slicers

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter is a plus. However, if you’ve processed animals (e.g., from hunting) and are comfortable handling meat, we’re open to training you!

Additional Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends.
