Key Responsibilities

1. Cutting and merchandising all fresh meat products.
2. Assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
3. Grinding and slicing meat.
4. Organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
5. Rotating products to ensure freshness.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of display cases and work stations.
7. Sanitizing and disinfecting the department twice daily.
8. Providing courteous and efficient service to customers.
9. Enforcing and maintaining the company's HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts.
