Job summary

Meijer in Medina is seeking a meat-cutting team member to assist in daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind, and to help execute the production schedule for advertised cuts. You’ll also aid in writing fresh meat orders and coordinating deliveries.

This role requires familiarity with weights and measures in meat processing, strict safety and sanitation practices, and inventory control. A current handjack/hilo license and experience with Computer Assisted Ordering are preferred; strong

This position assists in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. The individual also follows the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts.

• Assisting in the writing of fresh meat orders.
• Organizing and checking in fresh meat deliveries.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
