Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Meat Cutter Responsibilities:

1. Food Production:
2. Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
3. Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
4. Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
5. Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler following food safety guidelines.
6. Cleanliness:
7. Sanitizes all surfaces between chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
8. Recognizes signs of bad meat (sticky, slick, bad smell).
9. Cleans and sanitizes the meat room according to standards and health laws.
10. Operational Excellence:
11. Maintains inventory and production levels using administrative forms.
12. Reports discrepancies in product or equipment to the manager.
13. Performs opening and closing procedures.
14. Maintains equipment as per the maintenance manual.
15. Completes duty roster tasks.
