Responsibilities

1. Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
2. Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products.
3. Grind and slice meat as required.
4. Organize cooler arrangements and stock the cooler.
5. Ensure proper rotation of products.
6. Maintain a neat and clean appearance of all display cases.
7. Keep all products with good code dates in display cases.
8. Maintain cleanliness of the work station and surrounding area.
9. Sanitize and disinfect the department twice daily.
10. Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.
11. Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company's HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with various individuals daily.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts to adhere to company policies.
