Job summary

Meijer is seeking individuals to support fresh meat operations. In this role you will assist in writing fresh meat orders, organize deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

A background in meat processing weights and measures, safety and sanitation, product presentation, and inventory control is preferred; valid forklift license is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measures in meat processing.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
