As a Meat Cutter, Your Responsibilities Would Include:

1. Cutting fresh steaks by hand
2. Reading prep sheets
3. Following Texas Roadhouse specifications
4. Tracking product yield
5. Setting up a meat display case
6. Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
7. Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
8. Following storage and rotation procedures
9. Maintaining proper safety and sanitation practices
10. Exhibiting teamwork
