Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat products.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
• Grind and slice meat as needed.
• Organize cooler arrangements and stock the cooler appropriately.
• Ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance of all display cases.
• Monitor and ensure good code dates on all displayed products.
• Keep the work station and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Sanitize and disinfect the department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company's HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with various individuals daily.
