Summary

Operate RotoMold machines by entering process parameters into the computer, weigh necessary powders, operate and maintain molds, and perform secondary operations on plastic parts. Responsibilities include mold prep, machine operation, packing, and assembly, with oversight of Rotomold Associate 1 tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old with solid work experience.
• Ability to visually distinguish different colors.
• Produce quality plastic parts, promoting the company's mission and values.
• Identify, process, and complete molding and secondary operations accurately.
• Manage process, identification, packaging, and storage of equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate equipment such as hoists, die grinders, drills, routers, forklifts, etc.
• Report daily production accurately.
• Work long hours in hot conditions, with flexibility for any shift, including weekends and overtime.
• Work with hands and lift or hold heavy items.
• Pay close attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Read and understand work schedules, blueprints, and meet daily production goals.

Language Skills

Physical Demands

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with PPE such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection. Noise levels are typical of manufacturing settings.
