Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products.
- Grind and slice meat as needed.
- Organize cooler arrangements and stock coolers appropriately.
- Ensure proper rotation of products.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance of all display cases.
- Maintain good code dates on all displayed products.
- Keep work station and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Sanitize and disinfect the department twice daily.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company’s HACCP program.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact effectively with others.
- Must be able to attend scheduled shifts to adhere to company policies.
