Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with meat purchases and service requests (slicing, grinding, repackaging, serving suggestions).
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat products per policies and weights and measures regulations.
• Maintain proper stock in cases and deli, ensure proper rotation and display.
• Clean up wrapping, scaling, and production equipment per sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health, and food safety regulations; handle equipment safely.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items (kabobs, marinated cuts).
• Assist with inventory and collaborate with team for smooth department operations.
