Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler / Health Card required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to operate meat processing equipment safely.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, and serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat department products per company policies.
• Maintain proper supply of products in cases and deli through rotation and display per standards.
• Clean up wrapping, scaling, and production equipment per sanitation procedures.
• Adhere to safety, health, and weights and measures regulations; follow company recipes.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and safe handling of meat products
• Handle knives and meat-cutting equipment safely
• Order products and supplies; inventories as assigned
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and customer experience
• All other related duties as required.
