Job summary

Fiesta Mart is hiring a Meat Clerk at Store 009 Houston-Jensen to join our fast-paced store operations team. You will provide friendly customer service, assist customers with meat selections, restock displays and coordinate with the Meat Cutter to fulfill special orders.

Candidates should read and write Spanish and English, interact with customers and co-workers, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods. Food handling certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to lift and move items per store safety guidelines.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous customer service to shoppers.
• Clean shelves and display cases; rotate Meat Wrap displays.
• Assist customers with special orders and coordinate with the Meat Cutter.
• Lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
