Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Houston is seeking a Meat Clerk to join Store Operations. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers, maintain meat displays, and coordinate with the Meat Cutter on special orders.

The role requires lifting up to 50–60 pounds, standing for long periods, and following food-handling standards. The position is part of Fiesta Mart’s Store Ops team, serving a diverse community with an emphasis on quality products and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; able to read/write.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50–60 pounds and stand/bend for prolonged periods.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous customer service.
• Assist customers, clean shelves and display cases.
• Rotate Meat Wrap displays and assist with meat cutting.
• Take special orders with Meat Cutter.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand and kneel for prolonged periods.
