Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with quality food, prompt and cheerful service.
• Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Operate cash register as applicable.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts in a reasonable and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
