Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Serve customers promptly and cheerfully, greeting them and providing quality food.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Create a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
5. Unload, store, prepare, and display foods according to standards and policies.
6. Monitor food temperatures and ensure product quality and freshness.
7. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers organized and clean.
8. Maintain cleanliness and safety of floors and equipment, including sanitizing cookware and utensils.
9. Ensure proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
10. Operate cash register following company procedures, if applicable.
11. Work effectively in high-paced and stressful environments, managing conflicts professionally.
12. Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking assistance when needed.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
