Responsibilities
- Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide them with quality food.
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
- Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods per company standards, recipes, and policies.
- Perform temperature monitoring as required.
- Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
- Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
- Maintain floors clean, safe, and free of clutter.
- Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following company and Health Department policies.
- Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, and space allocation.
- Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Operate cash register as applicable.
- Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
Minimum- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, and training materials.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work professionally with all organizational levels.
- Personal initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and operate equipment.
