Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide quality food service with a cheerful attitude.
• Maintain professionalism, tact, and calmness in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• Operate cash register according to company procedures, if applicable.
• Follow safety protocols, including temperature monitoring and equipment maintenance.
• Support a high-paced, team-oriented environment and handle conflicts appropriately.
• Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
