Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers promptly and cheerfully, providing quality food and excellent service.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
5. Unload, store merchandise, and prepare foods according to standards.
6. Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure freshness and safety.
7. Operate cleaning equipment and sanitize cookware and utensils.
8. Follow safety protocols and company policies, including proper signage and product rotation.
9. Operate cash register as applicable.
10. Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
11. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
