Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide quality food service promptly and cheerfully.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
5. Unload, store, and display merchandise according to standards and policies.
6. Monitor product temperature, quality, freshness, and safety.
7. Operate cleaning solutions safely and handle equipment carefully.
8. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
9. Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
10. Operate cash register as needed.
11. Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
