Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Kentucky seeks a team member for the Meat department to assist with stock, cleaning, customer service, and food display. You will ensure quality, freshness, and safety while following company policies and health regulations.

You will interact with customers, rotate products, monitor temperatures, and operate the cash register as needed. Weekend shifts and a collaborative, fast-paced environment are expected.

• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
