Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers promptly and cheerfully, and provide quality food service.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Keep the sales area clean, organized, and appealing.
5. Unload, store, prepare, and display food items following company standards.
6. Monitor temperatures and ensure product freshness and safety.
7. Keep work areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
8. Sanitize cookware and utensils per health and company policies.
9. Ensure proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
10. Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
11. Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
12. Operate cash register as needed.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
14. Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
15. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
16. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
