Position: Claims Clerk

The Claims Clerk is responsible for providing expertise or general claims support to teams.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) is required. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be necessary based on business needs.

You will have the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. to handle challenging tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Set up new claims daily from clients
  2. Participate in phone rotation for other offices
  3. Process claims, including indexing and distributing daily mail
  4. Process denied invoices as tasked by adjusters
  5. Access and distribute faxes
  6. Prepare eligibility letters for specific claims
  7. Prepare weekly check pull lists
  8. Issue auto pay reports twice a week to adjusters
