Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and cheerfully, providing them with quality food and excellent service.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and calm demeanor in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Keep the sales area, backrooms, and coolers clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Unload, store, and display merchandise according to company standards, recipes, and policies.
• Monitor product temperatures and quality, ensuring freshness and safety.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Follow all safety, health, and company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers as required.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
