Performance Foodservice in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Meat/Seafood Cutter. Start times from 6am, Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and a starting rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.

You will portion cut, slice and package meats/seafood to order specifications, maintain GMP and safety standards, and support production flow as part of a collaborative team. Benefits include health, 401(k) matching, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year meat/seafood cutter experiencepreferred.

Responsabilités

• Portion cut, slice and package meats/seafood to order specifications.
• Clean and sanitize knives and tools and maintain GMP and safety standards.
• Support production flow and complete duties to serve the company.
