Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a skilled Measurement Technician to install, maintain and operate natural gas measurement facilities. You will calibrate equipment, test systems, and correct measurement volumes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Based near Mercer, PA, this role is Monday–Friday with on-call nights and weekends; a company vehicle is provided and safety is a core value. Strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certificate or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and company software.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and the NEC.
• Experience with safe handling of gases; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, calibrate, and maintain measurement equipment and SCADA systems.
• Detect measurement errors and correct volumes; document adjustments.
• Monitor gas quality and ensure proper measurements across facilities.
• Oversee third-party construction/maintenance and ensure safety and QA standards.
• Complete documentation and reports per company procedures.
