Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Measurement Technician for the Gueydan, LA area to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced measurement and gas quality equipment. You will monitor gas volumes, apply corrections, and ensure accurate data across field facilities in a wide regional boundary.

This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of pipeline experience, a valid driver's license, and strong PC skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years pipeline experience.
Proficient with computer skills (MS Office, operating systems, company software, and technical systems).
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove measurement and gas quality equipment.
Monitor gas volumes and ensure corrections are applied; document results.
Interpret electrical/electronic schematics pertaining to measurement systems and control equipment.
Oversee maintenance by third parties and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Complete documentation and paperwork; adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
