Publicis Groupe's PMX Lift is expanding its Measurement Platforms to support data pipelines, semantic layer development, and scalable measurement infrastructure. We seek a highly motivated Specialist to design, execute, and operationalize measurement initiatives across campaign analytics and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5 years of analytics, data engineering, or measurement experience.
• Familiarity with TV, digital media or advertising measurement concepts.
• Experience analyzing structured data for reporting or insights.
• Strong attention to detail and QA of large datasets.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable data pipelines transforming raw data into normalized datasets.
• Operationalize pipeline quality checks, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain semantic data models, including metric mappings.
• Implement semantic layer capabilities for consistent metrics across platforms.
• Build and maintain internal tools for data exploration and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, activation teams to align outputs with needs.
• Contribute to documentation, standardization, and best practices.
• Participate in product evolution, identify optimization opportunities.
