Job summary

Patriot Advertising, Inc. in Midland, TX seeks a Measurement Supervisor to lead Gas Chromatograph Technicians in the Texas region. You will promote safety, supervise staff, monitor reports, and provide both remote and field technical support for GC operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing equipment specs with Measurement Engineering on new installations, maintaining measurement accuracy with related teams, and ensuring adherence to standards and policies in natural gas measurement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred.
• 5+ years' supervisory/lead technician experience preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with gas chromatography preferred.
• Background in measurement and pipeline operations required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and API/AGA/GPA specs required.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under stressful and hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure full compliance with Company safety programs.
• Supervise staff, schedule work, and ensure competency.
• Review records for area staff of time worked, expense reports, vehicle reports, and other work reports.
• Provide technical support for Gas Chromatograph Technicians remotely and in the field.
• Review and approve specifications of new GC equipment with Measurement Engineering on new installations.
• Maintain measurement accuracy and minimize system imbalances with other teams.
• Ensure full compliance with all Company Natural Gas Measurement standards and policies.
