Pella Corporation is seeking a Measure Technician (Order Verification Specialist) to support Northern NJ and Orange County NY. You will gather accurate job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation steps to homeowners.

The role may involve in-field recovery work and supports a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule. Target pay range is $31–$37 per hour with potential overtime; full-time onsite.

• Complete order verification for replacement orders in assigned area.
• Coordinate verifications both virtually and in person.

Job description

The NJ Pella branch is seeking a Measure Technician also known as an Order Verification Specialist to support the Northern NJ and Orange County NY area. The Measure Technician will be charged with the timely completion of the order verification process, (virtual and in person), for each replacement order in his/her assigned area of responsibility. The primary function of this position is to gather correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position may also assist with installation recovery work as needed. Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. This is a full-time onsite role with a traditional weekday work schedule Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.

The target pay range for this role is $31-$37/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time.Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
