Pella Corporation is seeking a Measure Technician (Order Verification Specialist) to support Northern NJ and Orange County NY. You will gather accurate job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation steps to homeowners.

The role may involve in-field recovery work and supports a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule. Target pay range is $31–$37 per hour with potential overtime; full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Gather correct job site and product requirements.
• Clearly communicate installation processes to set homeowner expectations.
• Assist with installation recovery as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete order verification for replacement orders in assigned area.
• Coordinate verifications both virtually and in person.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction targets.
