Sunrise Senior Living in Wayland, Kentucky is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean work areas and ensuring sanitation across all dishware and equipment.

You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize items, log temperatures, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies while following OSHA and food-safety rules. This role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a compassionate community.

Competenze

• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety regulations.
• Capable of maintaining clean dishware, cookware and equipment.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
