Job summary

Legacy Senior Living in Annandale, VA is seeking a CNA/Resident Assistant to provide personal care and companionship to our residents.

You’ll follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and report changes to the wellness team.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support according to care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Respond to resident needs day or night and report changes to wellness leadership.
• Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily comforts.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety.
