Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. is expanding to cover more towns with Meals on Wheels in the South Shore. The role oversees food service operations for Meals on Wheels in the Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth areas, contributing to nutritious meals for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Food Service experience desirable, not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the South Shore area.

We are seeking a caring individual to oversee food service operations at assigned meal sites for our Meals on Wheels Program in the Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth areas. Which provides needed nutritious meals to our consumers. Work with us and feel good about the contribution you are making each day.

What you'll do:

• Ability to understand and follow regulations and procedures
• Ability to provide care and sensitivity to our served population
• Provide Nutritious Meals to our consumers
• Over See Food Service Operations

What you'll bring:

• Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.
• High School Diploma/Degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Food Service Experience Desirable- not required
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
