Job summary

Jasper County Elderly Nutrition is seeking reliable individuals to assist with meal delivery to elderly and home-bound clients in the Newton area. The role runs Monday through Friday from 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM, on a per-need basis, including coverage for vacations or leaves as needed.

Mileage reimbursement is provided from the Newton central site. Starting pay is $12.97 per hour with scheduled increases up to $16.23, requiring a valid Iowa driver license, good driving record, proof of insurance,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Iowa driver's license.
• Good driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pleasant, professional, compassionate, organized, and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal delivery to elderly and home-bound clients in the Newton area.
• Deliver Monday through Friday, 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
• This position is on a per-need basis, may be required a few times a month or longer.
• Drug testing and background checks are required for employment.
