Job summary

Thistle is seeking a Delivery Driver in Columbus, OH to join our logistics team. You will be the final link delivering plant-forward meals, upholding our standards of quality and care at the door.

Responsibilities include preparing for deliveries, using our delivery app, verifying items, collecting returns, and coordinating with dispatch to keep routes moving. A valid license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of liability and bodily injury insurance.
• Reliable, clean vehicle with capacity for multiple medium-sized bags.
• Smartphone and comfort using delivery apps.
• Ability to understand safety instructions in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at scheduled shift with a charged smartphone and fuel.
• Verify items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
• Use our delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions.
• Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to pickup location at next shift.
• Communicate with dispatch to keep routes moving.
