Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to support program learning.
• Develop and maintain data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness and impact of food security programs.
• Conduct research and exploratory analyses to inform program strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Develop and manage KPIs and reporting metrics for partners and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and technical support to MEAL Analysts and staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen evaluation efforts.
