Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a detail-focused associate to support menu development, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help manage meal banks, input meal data, and ensure nutrition and cost guardrails are met.

The role involves building tools and dashboards to monitor meal performance and conveying insights to teammates. Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience is expected, with a four-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year program such as a Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• 1-2 years of previous work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to taste and provide thorough feedback on every meal and ingredient sampled.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and support menu strategy through analysis.
• Manage meal banks and input meal information into internal systems.
• Prepare documentation for R&D inputs including cost and nutritional limits.
• Review menus for accuracy and coordinate updates with cross-functional teams.
• Create dashboards and tools to support menu processes.
• Communicate menu details effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Assist in weekly sampling of new meals and provide actionable feedback.
• Review new meal information to ensure alignment with cost and nutrition guardrails.
• Support weekly meal review and changes, including analyzing customer feedback.
