Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Fort Meade, MD, seeks a Signals Analyst to analyze complex RF signals, characterize signal structure, and identify parameters and behavior for national security missions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FISINT and RF signal analysis, with additional COMINT, ELINT, PROFORMA, telemetry, and weapons or space-domain experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience performing RF signal analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to determine signal structure, parameters, characteristics, and behavior
• Perform FISINT and TechSIGINT analysis
• Conduct telemetry and signal-pattern analysis
• Characterize signal activity and patterns of life
• Support analysis associated with weapons and space systems
• Document analytical findings and communicate results to technical and mission stakeholders

Job Summary

• Perform FISINT and TechSIGINT analysis
• Conduct telemetry and signal‑pattern analysis
• Characterize signal activity and patterns of life
• Support analysis associated with weapons and space systems
• Document analytical findings and communicate results to technical and mission stakeholders
• Apply multiple SIGINT disciplines to complex signal‑analysis problems

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in‑depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Experience performing RF signal analysis
• Experience understanding and characterizing signal structures and parameters
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving skills

• Weapons and space mission experience
• Completion of 452 or SIGE4810

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Salary Information

The pay range for this role is: 145,000 - 190,000 USD per year(Ft. Meade MD)
