Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Signals Analyst to analyze complex RF signals and characterize signal structure, parameters, and behavior. The successful candidate will have experience with FISINT and RF signal analysis, with additional COMINT, ELINT, PROFORMA, telemetry, and weapons or space-domain experience highly desirable.

The Pay Range For This Role Is between 145,000 and 190,000 USD per year, with an on-site position in Ft. Meade, MD.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience performing RF signal analysis.
• Experience understanding and characterizing signal structures and parameters.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, characteristics, and behavior.
• Perform FISINT and TechSIGINT analysis.
• Conduct telemetry and signal-pattern analysis.
• Characterize signal activity and patterns of life.
• Support analysis associated with weapons and space systems.
• Document analytical findings and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Apply multiple SIGINT disciplines to complex signal-analysis problems.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Experience performing RF signal analysis
• Experience understanding and characterizing signal structures and parameters
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
